The CP100L is a schedule panel designed specifically for enterprise conference room management.

It displays real-time information about room usage and meeting details through screens and LED strips, enhancing conference room utilization efficiency.

One-Tap Conference Management

CP100L supports pre-installed conference control applications for Tencent Meeting, Feishu, DingTalk and Zoom Rooms.

One tap on the touchscreen enables full interactive cloud conference management, including starting/joining/ending meetings,

controlling cameras, microphones and speakers, switching video layouts, and recording meetings.

One-Cable Screen Casting & Sharing

Connect one USB port of the conference control screen to a laptop and link the other end to the VHD cloud conference terminal via an Ethernet cable to complete the setup for screen-sharing meetings. Users can share laptop content to the conference terminal and large display screens to launch remote collaboration. The conference control screen also supports reverse PD charging for laptops, eliminating power shortage concerns.

Meeting Room Status Reminder

CP100L supports pre-installed Feishu meeting room check-in panel and Zoom room schedule display.

The screen and indicator light strip show real-time room status including vacant, reserved and occupied,

greatly boosting meeting management efficiency and check-in experience.

PoE Single-Cable Solution

CP100L supports PoE power supply. A single Ethernet cable delivers power supply,

network connection and control signal transmission, greatly simplifying desktop wiring layout.

CP100LS can connect to the cloud unified device management platform via network to centrally access, control and monitor devices across multiple meeting rooms. It also supports online firmware upgrade, remote configuration and app push services, significantly reducing maintenance workload.
